Geez, I like the lighting in this guys eyes. They caught my Attention immediately, I desperately want to know who he is. Dont worry, I cannot tie ties for the life of me either...you're not alone my friend.
The coloring is great. The shadows work very well as far as I can tell, as do the folds of the t-shirt (one thing that I myself have great trouble dealing with). The only Suggestion I'd like to express, is that I'd add another Swift shadow to the right of his face, as that half appears a little flat to me. But thats about it. Other than that, great work!
