Theme
We are challenging you to create a minimum one panel visual story (ie. comic or manga) based on your own interpretation of these three words: fool, façade and clockwork. Because winning entries will have the chance to be displayed on our website, we ask that all artwork submitted to have a width of 780 px or be subject to picture cropping. There is no height restriction.

Dodge Dart Contest Semi-Finalists AnnouncedAnnouncing the Dodge Dart Contest Semi-finalists!
Our esteemed semi-finalist judges pored through thousands of entries in the Dodge Dart Inspired By You Contest. From abstract digital paintings, to paper-cutting, to traditional oil paintings, the deviantART community, once again, delivered incredibly creative and imaginative entries!

Since a young age, I have always been fascinated with flight. Growing up, my parents were good friends with a group of pilots. They specialized in cinema stunt work for movies. Every time I had the opportunity to go up in an airplane or helicopter, I took it. In the photo below, I'm in the center seat of a friend's helicopter. It was so fun!
As a youth, I would draw all types of planes -- jet fighters being the most exciting. Growing up on a healthy dose of Star Wars and G. I. Joe also fueled my love for flight. Other kids were infatuated with jets, too, and could rattle off all sorts of information about their technical aspects. The cards continue to arrive at deviantART headquarters in a steady stream, day after day. We've received over 2,000 cards, and have already started distributing them to hospitals around the world.

Design a character! Now, it should be a dog breed or another type of animal. Mixes are okay! I'm looking for recognizable dogs(as in, if I draw it, I wont get 900 people asking if it's a wolf[but mutts are okay]). Male OR female is fine. Looking for a medium to large size dog!

For dogs: I tend to like sleek dogs. I also like fluff. I'm not a fan of most terriers(especially those with long fur all around their mouths) and I'm not really looking for anything tiny.

About Song:
She is a Shetland Sheepdog.
Her tail is completely dead; it just hangs and she can't move it. The fur on it is matted and gross and sticky and dirty. There is no blood flow to it and the bones are shattered. It probably got ran over by a car.
