Weird fish animationby `yuumei

I had to make this SUPER WEIRD animation for my 2D animation class (due today XD ) This is my first animation in the class so it's pretty bad but I will give a

to anyone who can guess what the hell is going on in the animation.

This whole thing basically resulted from a weird adventure and a misunderstanding.

In class, our professor said "take a blank card, and draw ANYTHING you want, then make an exact copy of it." After we finished, the professor said "oh btw, don't draw anything too complicated because you are going to give one copy of the drawing to a classmate and animate from your drawing into the other person's drawing in 72 frames." (this way, the whole class will make one giant continuous animation that's going to be full of WTFness)

And I was like "F**************" because this is what I drew compared to what my partner drew [link] I had to find some way to make the weird fish thing into a weird head drinking hat thing...

I feel sorry for the classmate who got my copy... XD

Anyway, as for why I was drawing fish... I found these 2 goldfish in a creek that runs through my university's campus [link] My environmental science professor specifically talked about how some people like to dump their pet fish into the creek, which is bad for both the fish and the creek. The fish won't survive during raining season because the creek floods like crazy and will wash the freshwater fish into the salt water bay where they will die. The fish may survive in the creek during dry season but they are not a native species and can endanger native fish.

Being nature lovers, my roommate and I went all over campus asking different professors if we could borrow a net to catch the fish. After a lot of weird looks and suspicion, we got a net and caught the fish! The black and orange one is named Barabara (after my roommate's nickname) which means shagging in Polish, and the plain orange one is named Sekuhara which means sexual harassment in Japanese XD

Hahahaha so I guess the point of this story is that if you think your life is not weird enough, go to Berkeley [link] ~~~

life being given and given again in return but one party doesn't return it on the second time round so the cycle is broken and forgotten and the party who gave life first dies out.
