I think it might be the author's own creation...?
From what I can tell, she does post poems and such under her pieces a bit, so I suppose she writes them herself

Glad to know everything's all good now haha

I really like this portrait! All of the details are simple yet alluring.
The fogginess of the mirror is really cool too. To me it says that the sadness is being reflected upon.
