Okay, I've noticed that a lot people are not flipping the 8 frames. You must do this and have 16 frames form a loop instead of 8 frames going back and forth. The reason you need to flip it is for the hair and flag. The hair and flag moves with the direction of the head and hands so if you don't horizontally flip the frames, they would look weird. So you must create a total of 16 frames to get it right!
