Happy almost Thanksgiving, everyone!
I grew up in a small apartment in China and was raised by my grandparents. When I'm not studying or doing homework, I would go into the office/storage room where all the books are kept and flip through all the books about animals. The photos and illustrations of all the different species always fascinated me and inspired me to learn, understand, and draw the world around me. It gave me a glimpse beyond the rundown apartments and the grey skies of China that I grew up in. Even though the storage room was no bigger than a bathroom, with those books, the walls opened up and the world became boundless.

as our imagination travelled beyond the closed walls where we were
raised, as we learn from the rundown books and illustrations that
opened our eyes to wonder, and question how big the world really is!

I honestly have no real words to describe what I felt when I saw it. I at first stalked your gallery without watching, as I was sort of intimidated yet drawn tot he amazing art you have created. And when I saw this, it was a sensation akin to the fresh chill of an ocean wave washing over me. I actually cried a little when I saw it. The ethereal lighting, and pure imagination and depthless inspiration it emits is simply amazing.
I sincerely hope this becomes available as a print soon! I have it saved on my desktop, and always bring it up to just stare at whenever I need to calm down, or just need a spark of motivation to get through the day.
You're an amazing artist, and I hope to continue to see more work from you, and to see this available as a print in my home. 8)
